Reconstruction of worn teeth

In other cases, we use a Michigan splint is a type of splint used in the case of bruxism, i.e. teeth grinding and clenching. It is a night splint that is adapted to the patient’s teeth and prevents their wear during sleep. The Michigan splint is made of flexible plastic and is usually worn for a period of several weeks to several months.

In the event that we find the wrong position of the jaw or mandible, we use the face bow, which allows for the appropriate correction of this problem, min. use special orthodontic appliances. Also, in order to obtain the right end result, we use intraoral cameras to accurately visualize the patient’s oral cavity. Thanks to the camera, we make a thorough review of the condition of the teeth and oral tissues, which allows for precise and more accurate planning of treatment.

The most aesthetic method of restoring the tooth structure and a nice smile used in our practice is the use of porcelain veneers and all-ceramic crowns.
We offer the highest quality porcelain (ceramic) veneers for front teeth. They allow masking tooth discoloration, improving the shape of the tooth along with its correction, widening or lengthening, closing unsightly gaps between the front teeth (diastema).
